Founded in 1946 by Henry C. Jones III as Jones Livestock, our feedlot and farm in South Central Idaho has grown and evolved significantly over the decades. Today, InterMountain Beef is proudly led by Cevin, Curtis, and Carson Jones, who continue to uphold our legacy while embracing innovation.
