to safety and efficiency.
What You’ll Do

As an Operations Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our daily feedlot operations and maintenance. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, take pride in your work, and help us uphold the highest standards in everything we do. Here’s what you can expect:

Feedlot Maintenance & Operations
Clean and prepare cattle pens, including bedding and regular upkeep.
Assist with maintenance of fences, gates, water systems, and pen cables.
Help maintain roadways, keeping them clear of debris and controlling dust.
Assist with concrete repairs and replacements as needed.

Equipment Operation & Care
Safely and efficiently operate equipment like loaders and dump trucks under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Perform daily inspections and cleaning of equipment.
Use company equipment and maintenance programs routinely and responsibly.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Teamwork & Communication
Work effectively with fellow crew members to complete daily tasks.
Communicate clearly with the Operations Manager and your team.
Follow instructions and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Safety & Compliance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Operations Manager.
Attend safety training meetings and successfully complete required safety courses.

General Support
Assist the Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager with other tasks as needed to support overall feedlot operations.
