Office Manager

Amy Jimenez is the organizational powerhouse at the heart of InterMountain Beef’s daily operations. Amy joined our team in 2024 as the Assistant Office Manager and wasted no time making her mark—earning a promotion to Office Manager in just four months thanks to her dedication, leadership, and can-do attitude.


Amy’s life is as full and lively outside of work as it is in the office. She has a blended family with seven kids ranging from 16 to 24 years old, including one daughter and one son who compete in high school rodeo. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at InterMountain Beef, you’ll find Amy riding Harleys with her husband, cheering on her kids at rodeo events, or soaking up quality time with her family. She’s also an avid hunter and horseback rider—and here’s a fun fact: Amy became a Mamaw at just 31 years old!


Amy’s warmth, energy, and organizational skills make her an essential part of our team. We’re grateful to have her leading our office and bringing her signature blend of fun and focus to everything she does.
