Carson Jones

Carson Jones represents the fourth generation of the Jones family to carry forward the legacy at InterMountain Beef. The son of Cevin Jones, Carson’s roots in the feedlot and farm run deep—he started moving pipe and lending a hand around the yard at just 12 years old. After gaining valuable experience building multi-million dollar companies in other industries and setting record profits at the branch level, Carson returned to the family operation in 2024, bringing fresh vision and leadership to the team.

Carson is passionate about people development and has spent nearly his entire adult life leading teams, mentoring others, and helping individuals realize their full potential—both professionally and personally. His leadership style is all about empowering others and creating opportunities for growth, while always upholding the core values passed down through generations of the Jones family.

When he’s not driving innovation at the feedlot, you’ll find Carson embracing the great outdoors—off-roading, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, camping, white water rafting, target practicing, hunting, or traveling the world. Carson’s high-reaching dreams and commitment to growth are matched by his dedication to maintaining the integrity and values that have defined InterMountain Beef since day one.
