As the owner and third-generation leader of InterMountain Beef, Cevin Jones carries forward a proud family legacy that began in 1946.

Cevin’s vision and strategic leadership have driven phenomenal growth, expanding the feedlot from just 2,000 head to over 30,000+ head capacity. His expertise is backed by a BBA from Boise State University, an AS in Animal Sciences from the College of Southern Idaho, and a license as a commodity broker. Cevin’s dedication to the industry has earned him numerous accolades, including the Tyson Foods Beef Environmental Award and induction into the Southern Idaho Livestock Hall of Fame.

Beyond InterMountain Beef, Cevin has made a lasting impact on the beef industry, serving as Chairman of the USMEF, President of the Idaho Cattlemen’s Association, and Chairman of the Federation of State Beef Councils, among other influential roles. He’s also a proud supporter of the University of Idaho’s Steer-A-Year program.
