Fernando Vivanco

Fernando Vivanco is the heart and soul of our feeding operations at InterMountain Beef. With nearly a lifetime of experience in agriculture, Fernando first joined our team part-time in 2016, working in the operations department. His talent and dedication quickly became apparent, and he moved over to the feeding department in 2020. By 2022, Fernando had earned his spot as Feeding Manager—a role he fills with energy, commitment, and a truly positive spirit.

Fernando is a devoted family man, married for 10 years and the proud dad of three kids, ages 2 to 11. Whether he’s organizing feed schedules at work or organizing a family camping trip, Fernando always brings his trademark optimism and enthusiasm. In his downtime, you’ll find him playing sports, fishing, camping, or making memories with his kids—he’s all about quality time and living life to the fullest.

Known around the yard as the epitome of positivity, Fernando’s can-do attitude and steady leadership keep our feeding team motivated and our cattle thriving. We’re grateful to have him guiding one of the most important parts of our operation!
