Jack Eaton
Lead Mechanic
Jack Eaton joined InterMountain Beef in 2024, stepping into the big shoes of our long-tenured Lead Mechanic and bringing fresh expertise and energy to our mechanical operations. Jack is a proud graduate of Great Basin Community College, where he earned his Associate’s degree in Diesel Technology in 2012. With a career spent entirely in agriculture, he knows his way around every piece of equipment on the yard and is passionate about keeping our operations running smoothly.
Jack’s work ethic is matched only by his dedication to family—he’s the proud dad of four kids, ranging from a newborn to a lively 12-year-old. When he’s not keeping our fleet in top shape, you’ll most likely find him with a fly rod in hand, casting for trout on the South Fork River.
Jack’s experience, steady hand, and can-do attitude make him an invaluable part of the InterMountain Beef family. We’re lucky to have him leading our mechanical team into the future!
