Mario Sanchez

Mario Sanchez is the steady hand behind the scenes at InterMountain Beef, ensuring every corner of our operation runs like a well-oiled machine. Mario’s journey with us began back in 2009, when he started as a feeder. His dedication, expertise, and leadership quickly propelled him to the role of Operations Manager in 2012—a position he’s held ever since, guiding our team through years of growth and innovation.

With a lifelong background in agriculture and a solid foundation in construction, Mario brings a unique skill set to the table. He and his crew have literally rebuilt the entire feedyard from the ground up, including our most impressive expansion: the RCC project spanning over 2.4 million square feet. His hands-on approach and vision have been instrumental in transforming our facilities and setting us up for future success.

Mario is a proud dad of three, with two of his kids still working alongside him at InterMountain Beef and loving every minute. His oldest is off to college, but family remains at the heart of everything Mario does. When he’s not keeping our operations running smoothly, you’ll find him enjoying quality time with his family, or out with friends and loved ones. Since joining the company, Mario has also achieved a major personal milestone—becoming a homeowner—with plans to invest in more properties down the road.
