Mary Caton

Mary Caton brings a unique blend of hands-on agricultural experience and sharp business acumen to her role as Controller at InterMountain Beef. Joining our team in 2025, Mary hit the ground running, drawing on a lifetime spent farming everything from almonds and alfalfa to wheat and corn. She’s also spent the past decade running a transportation company specializing in hauling dairy commodities—a testament to her leadership and logistical know-how.

Mary is the proud mom of four energetic kids, ages 4 to 9, and when she’s not crunching numbers or streamlining our operations, you’ll find her tending to her own hobby farm with her family. She’s as at home on a tractor as she is in the office (in fact, she could drive a tractor before she ever drove a car!). And here’s a fun fact: Mary can handle a dirtbike with ease, but she’s never quite mastered riding a bicycle.

Mary’s versatility, can-do spirit, and deep agricultural roots make her an incredible asset to the InterMountain Beef team. We’re thrilled to have her keeping our finances and operations on track!
