Say hello to an integral part of the Intermountain Beef family, Samantha!

Samantha's journey with us began on March 14, 2022, and what a journey it's been! She started as an Assistant Office Manager, quickly moved to Cattle Coordinator, and now expertly leads as our Cattle Manager, overseeing all cattle operations, including our Cattle Processing and Cattle Doctoring teams.

Samantha is a proud University of Idaho alum, graduating in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture science, communications, and leadership, with a special emphasis on beef and range. Before joining us, she spent six impressive years working with the Bureau of Land Management fighting wildfires!

Outside of her vital work here, Samantha is a supermom to six children, ranging from 4 to 12 years old. You'll often find her showing off her horses or helping her kids with their 4H projects. And here are a couple of fun facts about Samantha: she met the love of her life (and now husband!) right here at Intermountain Beef, and she's become a fluent Spanish speaker during her time here with us.
